How do I begin resume
For the past 12 years, I’ve worked for a small non-profit agency that works with families and fathers. Due to a lack of funding, they recently had to downsize.
My position was Mentor/Navigator, the position did not require a degree Opportunities in this field and my skill set are scarce and I am having a very difficult time finding employment.
I have posted my resume on job boards but all of the results that I get come back as Customer.
I suspect that I may need to modify my resume but not sure how to go about it?
